  • Invoice records get created in ClickUp whenever a new Xero invoice gets created
  • ClickUp records inherit important data such as invoice status, invoice due date, date when the invoice was sent, invoice amount, paid amount, and a public link to the invoice accessible by anyone
  • Updates are done in mere seconds based on a multitude of actions
  • Allows the use of relationships in ClickUp to establish connections between invoices and relevant client records or contracts for a holistic view of all invoices by client/contract
  • Voided invoices also get updated properly; if a voided invoice gets edited in Xero, it's being reactivated in ClickUp as well
  • Deleted invoices in Xero get deleted from ClickUp as well
